
Sanguineti Media – School Holiday Program
Sanguineti Media’s Filmmaker HERO Workshop will be run again during this School Holiday!
This fun and educational workshop will see attendees become filmmakers, by producing a 2-4 minute short film over the course of a week.
We have have 100% completion rate of workshop films! Every film begun has been finished!
Our workshops have now produced a total of 40 short films with several films selected to the Canberra Short Film Festival.
SUMMER 2021 INSPIRATION THEME: Best Friend Adventures
JUNIOR PROGRAM (5 Day Program)
9am – 4pm
January 18-22, 2021

Suitable for primary school students

Typical age groups are 9-12 years of age.

Will work and develop a 9 shot story with a beginning, middle and end sequences.

Will produce storyboards of their films prior to filming
-
Will design movie posters to advertise their short film.

Will have access to iMovie to edit their film

Suitable for students in high school or above.

Typical age groups are 13-17 years of age, but we accept any student currently studying at a school, college or university.

Will learn and explore concepts of a three act structure to tell their story.

Will develop their films using a series of wide, medium and close shots in the storyboarding process.

Will be given access to additional filmmaking equipment such as DJI Osmo and GoPro camera.

Will have choice to use iMovie or Final Cut Pro (more advanced editing program) to edit their film.

If time, will have opportunity to design a poster using photoshop.
